The original app relied on a basic template and lacked distinctive branding and intuitive navigation. Visual hierarchy was weak, with unclear pathways to content such as member benefits or exclusive events. The performance and security aspects were not optimized for a premium, affluent user base. Additionally, the app needed to convey exclusivity and sophistication suited to its target market presence.
UX Audit & Reflow: We conducted user flow mapping to define core personas, creating a tiered entry journey that guided users from initial tap to premium content in three steps.
High-End UI Visuals: Redrew UI with dark tones, gold accents, and custom typography to evoke luxury. Crafted consistent, elegant screens for areas like exclusive offers and events.
Performance Engineering: Enhanced performance within the 20 MB bundle by lazy-loading assets, optimizing retina imagery, and smoothing transitions. Ensured compatibility with iOS 11+ and M-series Mac devices.
Secure Onboarding & Privacy: Implemented Apple Sign-In and Touch/Face ID, aligning with the privacy-first model—confirmed no personal data collection per App Privacy .
